Welcome home to Quarternote Lofts

The Quarternote Lofts, located at 200 Water Street, reside inside a historic brick warehouse formerly known as Brammall Supply. Originally founded in 1873 as a supply house for heating and plumbing equipment, the structure is steps away from the delicious Mason Jar Cafe and opposite Arts Park. Residents enjoy modern, open kitchens, exposed brick, hardwood flooring and wonderful city views.
