The Sheffield building, located at 132 Pipestone, was built in 1918 by William E. Sheffield, a prominent pharmacist and business leader. The handsome 3-story brick structure has been meticulously renovated after several decades of neglect. Today, the Sheffield at City Center consists of four 1-BR, 1-BA urban lofts and a single street level commercial tenant, Houndstooth Restaurant.

Each loft is approximately 600 sq ft and features high ceilings, exposed brick and ductwork, Cambria Quartz counters and hardwood floors. Units 1 and 3 face southwest and include a spacious exterior balcony, while units 2 and 4 face east, and provide expansive views of City Center Park, home of the Benton Harbor Farmers Market.

This 2nd story loft faces southwest. The pleasant balcony provides stunning sunset views of the urban landscape of Benton Harbor. Unit 1 shares a common laundry room with Unit 2.

Facing east, this bright loft is fully furnished. A sunny breakfast nook, combined with park views make this a comfortable pied a terre for the executive seeking a loft experience. Available for short term leases only.

This 3rd story loft also faces southwest and features a roomy balcony. Includes a stacking in-unit washer/dryer. Quartz counters, gas range and stainless appliances.

Also facing east, this loft features a view of historic Benton Harbor as well as City Center Park. Includes in-unit stacking washer/dryer.
